About the name change
Are Belivmart and Furtilo the same thing?
Yes. Belivmart has been renamed Furtilo. It is the same app and the same service, with a new name.
Why did Belivmart change its name?
Furtilo is our new brand as we grow from food delivery into one app for food and nearby shops. Our service and our focus on small towns stay the same.
Is Furtilo run by the same company?
Yes. Furtilo is run by Kuvi Technologies Pvt Ltd, the same company that ran Belivmart.
Is this an official announcement?
Yes. This page is on furtilo.com, Furtilo's official website. The name change costs you nothing. If anyone asks you to pay money or share an OTP for it, that message is not from us.
For customers
Do I need to create a new account?
No. Log in with the same mobile number you used on Belivmart. Your account stays as it is.
How do I update to Furtilo?
Open Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iPhone), search for Furtilo or Belivmart, and tap Update. If you don't have the app yet, tap Install.
The store still shows the old Belivmart name. Is that the right app?
Yes. For some time the store listing may still show the Belivmart name. It is the same app. To be sure, install it from the Google Play or App Store buttons on this page.
What happens to my past orders, saved addresses and coupons?
Nothing changes. Your past orders, saved addresses and valid coupons stay in your account. Log in with the same number to see them.
How do I pay on Furtilo?
The same way as before: UPI, or cash on delivery where it is available.
Can I order from nearby shops as well as restaurants?
Yes. Along with food from restaurants, you can get groceries and daily needs from shops near you, in the cities where this is live.
Is Furtilo available in my town?
Furtilo is live in 37 cities and adding more. Open the app and enter your address to check, or see the list of cities on our home page.
For merchants and delivery partners
I'm a restaurant or shop owner using the Belivmart merchant app. What should I do?
Just update the merchant app from Google Play or the App Store. Your menu, orders and payouts stay the same. No new sign-up is needed.
I'm a delivery partner. Do I need a new app?
No. Update your existing delivery partner app. Your account, orders and earnings stay the same.
I want to list my shop or become a delivery partner. How do I join?
Download the Furtilo merchant app or delivery partner app from Google Play and sign up there. You can also write to us from the Contact us page.
Support
The app isn't working after the update. What should I do?
Close the app and open it again. If it still doesn't work, check that you have the latest version from the store, then write to support@furtilo.com.
